What You’ll Do
Leadership Development
- Develop and execute the enterprise Leadership Development strategy.
- Design leadership programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Enhance leadership competency models aligned with Digital Factory's values and business strategy.
- Build manager capability through coaching, workshops, toolkits, and leadership resources.
- Partner with executives to identify future leadership needs and succession priorities.
- Facilitate leadership training, workshops, and executive development experiences.
- Work with CPCO to conduct executive individual and team assessments to strengthen effectiveness, communication, and collaboration
- Coach leaders on communication, feedback, accountability, and team effectiveness.
Learning & Development
- Build Digital Factory's learning strategy and learning roadmap.
- Design engaging virtual learning experiences for technical, professional, and leadership audiences.
- Curate internal and external learning resources.
- Develop onboarding learning paths that accelerate employee success.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning platforms and digital learning technologies.
- Measure learning effectiveness through business outcomes and learner feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness
- Design enterprise employee engagement strategies that strengthen culture and retention.
- Lead employee listening initiatives including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and focus groups.
- Analyze engagement data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Develop employee recognition programs that reinforce organizational values.
- Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and organizational health.
- Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and organizational capability development.
Performance & Talent Development
Work closely with the CPCO to create a modern performance management approach that emphasizes growth, accountability, and business impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Design a continuous performance management philosophy centered on coaching and development.
- Create quarterly goal-setting and business alignment processes.
- Develop manager toolkits for effective coaching conversations.
- Implement regular career development and growth discussions.
- Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions.
- Lead succession planning and high-potential identification.
- Develop career frameworks and internal mobility strategies.
- Build talent assessment processes that identify organizational capability gaps.
- Recommend people analytics and metrics that measure talent effectiveness.
Organizational Development
- Work closely with CPCO and partner with executive leadership on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Support organizational design, role clarity, and workforce evolution.
- Lead change management efforts for enterprise initiatives.
- Research emerging trends in leadership development, organizational psychology, AI, and workforce development.
- Build scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks that improve organizational capability.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong onboarding and leadership pipeline development.
Strategic Partnership
As a member of the People & Culture Leadership Team, the Director will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer to:
- Build a scalable Talent Management strategy that supports Digital Factory's continued growth.
- Design and implement enterprise leadership development and learning initiatives.
- Create an innovative continuous performance and career development framework aligned with the needs of a high-growth workforce.
- Strengthen employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across the enterprise.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure talent strategies directly enable business objectives and long-term organizational success.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Education, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
- 3+ years leading enterprise talent initiatives or managing Talent Management functions.
- Experience building leadership development programs from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable learning strategies.
- Experience facilitating leadership workshops and executive development programs.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness practices.
- Experience implementing modern performance management approaches.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using people analytics to guide decisions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where building is part of the role.

Compensation
