JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands-on recruiting leader responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent across all levels of the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruiting execution with team leadership and requires an individual who is equally comfortable personally sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while building scalable recruiting practices. The ideal candidate is an innovative and resourceful recruiter who enjoys cultivating relationships, proactively engaging active and passive talent, and finding creative ways to reach exceptional candidates. This leader will serve as a brand ambassador for Digital Factory by developing relationships with universities, professional organizations, community partners, and industry networks that strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline and market presence. Working closely with the Director – Talent Acquisition, Chief People & Culture Officer, and other C-suite executives, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead priority searches, strengthen the employer brand, and support organizational growth. This is an equity-only role, ideal for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and wants to help shape the future of how we hire, grow, and build at DF.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle global recruitment for professional, technical, sales, marketing, and internship positions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates across multiple channels.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess technical qualifications, leadership capability, and organizational fit.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Manage offer development, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
  • Maintain active talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

University & Early Career Pipeline

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to build sustainable early career talent pipelines.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with colleges and universities, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), and other institutions aligned with Digital Factory's talent strategy, to build sustainable early career talent pipelines and expand access to exceptional emerging talent.
  • Represent Digital Factory at career fairs, networking events, student organizations, and recruiting events.
  • Develop internship, co-op, and early career recruiting strategies.

Talent Sourcing & Networking

  • Build a pipeline of viable candidates and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, professional associations, conferences, and social media to identify top talent.
  • Research new sourcing methodologies, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and innovative approaches to talent attraction.
  • Continuously expand recruiting channels to reach diverse, high-performing talent pools.

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring policies.
  • Improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting in Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, highly regulated industries,or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, DEI recruiting practices, and global talent trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; trusted advisor to leaders.

  • Strong behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Creative and resourceful sourcing techniques.

  • Self-directed with a bias toward action and execution.

Compensation

This opportunity is offered on an equity-only basis as we continue to scale. There is no salary or hourly compensation at this time.
